F. Robert Santos has over 28 years of experience in the field of civil litigation involving personal injury and wrongful death. He has primarily practiced casualty defense litigation including automobile accident liability, premises liability, product liability and other accident-related litigation. Since setting up his own practice in 1989, however, Mr. Santos has also handled personal injury and wrongful death cases on behalf of plaintiffs through trial. He also has substantial experience in contract disputes, insurance coverage litigation (first party and third party), complex tort litigation and appellate practice.
Mr. Santos now devotes a majority of his law practice to providing mediation and arbitration services all over the state of Florida, utilizing his experiences in defending and prosecuting civil cases to facilitate alternative dispute resolution.
