Parking:
Parking is ALWAYS complimentary at Hyde Park Village.
For your convenience there are three parking garages and two surface parking lots available:
- :: On W. Swann Avenue at S. Rome Avenue, across from CineBistro
- :: On S. Oregon Avenue and W. Swann Avenue, above Lifestyle Family Fitness
- :: On S. Rome Avenue and Snow Avenue, next to Nature's Table Café
- :: Surface parking lots are also available at W. Swann Avenue and S. Rome Avenue behind CineBistro and at 1509 W. Swann Avenue behind the office building.

Hyde Park Village Vendor Application:
Vendor opportunities are available at many of the events that take place at Hyde Park Village. Vendors interested in participating should complete the Vendor Application.
Fresh Market Vendor Information:
Tampa Bay Markets handles all vendor booking with priority given to vendors selling fresh, agricultural-related products. Vendors interested in participating at the Hyde Park Village Fresh Market, should download the Interested In Being A Vendor Form, Vendor Information Guide and Vendor Application forms and submit to: freshmarkethydepark@tampabay.rr.com.
Art Festival Artist and Vendor Information:
Howard Alan Art Festival handles all artist and vendor booking for the April and October Hyde Park Village Arts Festivals. Artists and vendors interested in participating in the art festivals should contact Howard Alan Events at 813-962-0388 or visit www.artfestival.com for more information.
